SETTLEMENT MONITORING
The CONSOIL Hydrostatic Profiler

Consoil Specifications |
The profiler will measure with an accuracy of ± 3 mm and can easily be operated by one person.
It was designed to survive the harshest environments at construction sites and in sewer lines. The operating temperature range is –20 to +70ºC (-2º to +160ºF).
Access required to measurement points need only be 25 mm (1”) diameter.
Models are available from 50 to 300 m (160 to 1000 ft). The vertical measurement range can be adjusted to suit individual application.
On the longer profilers a winch can be used to pull the probe while automatically logging distance and level measurements.
The unit contains either a read out for manual logging of results or a data acquisition unit that will store measured values from sets of profiles. |

The Consoil Hydrostatic Profiler measures the vertical profiles of underground and buried pipes and conduits. It discloses displacement from designed alignment.
It provides a detailed and quantitative profile of the invert of a sewer system and shows specific areas and dimensions of sewer sags and sludge deposits. Even in flooded pipes |
|
The Consoil Hydrostatic Profiler is used worldwide to monitor settlement under landfills, highway, rail lines and other embankments.
The only permanent “in-ground” installation is a polyethylene tube. A single portable pull-through sensor monitors all positions. |
